Profile Road Race INFO, Saturday, May 8
Bring a wholesome sandwich or other substantial and nutritious meal to eat in the van between 9 and 10 am while underway and sip bottles of water/sports drink all the way. Usual subway or the like stop on the way home.
Roster is:
Mens A: Cameron Price, Ansel Dickey, Dylan Malone
Mens B: Julian Scherding, Peter Vollers, Jr., Kenny McNeil, Zach Stockman
Mens C: Alden Suokko
Today's training
Riding at 5 pm from Sugar & Spice in Mendon. Kenny to lead ride. Julian just ride down to the house before 4:15. I'll pick up Alden at his house at 4:20 or so.

Plan for Monday, May 3 thru Tues, Wed, May 12
Fantastic job everyone in the racing this weekend! I'll have results posted tomorrow.
Here's the plan for the week:
Monday: rest day, optional easy 1/2 hour ride road or mtbike
Tuesday: Two-hour endurance ride, easy to moderate pace. Meet at Sugar & Spice. Kenny and Cam to plan the route.
Wednesday: Proctor Circuit Race. See http://www.prepschoolcycling.com/ for details. Meet at SH at noon, leave by 12:15 pm. Home between 7-8 pm.
Thurs: rest day, optional easy 1/2 hour ride road or mtbike
Friday: rest day, optional easy 1/2 hour ride road or mtbike
Saturday: Profile School Road Race: no info yet, but I expect it in the next couple days. Dan McKenna, team TD, will take kids to race in team van.
Sunday: 2 hour endurance ride. Get together as a group or ride individually. Do a steady, moderate-paced two-hour ride.
