I will pick up all numbers at registration on Friday night and I'll have them on the van dashboard on Saturday morning. I'll also have zip-ties for the frame numbers. Here's the basic plan for each day:
Saturday (First stop RR): Race starts at Skyeship. Van leaves my house at 7 am with Peter, Alden and possibly Erin unless she wants to drive herself so she can leave early. I believe Tommy is staying at his grandparents and Kenny and John will come together from Rutland. They should arrive no later than 8:30 am. Kim or Hadley will bring team Fiesta to race for start of Cat 4s and help me feed. B should pick up Ansel in Woodstock to be at the race by noon. On Saturday night, we'll be hosting a dinner at our house with the Hot Tubes team who is staying at the Dickies' house in Woodstock. Kim and Hadley will be joining forces to do the cooking! Hadley, Kim and I will feed Cat 4 men and Cat 3 men (Erin will not need feed).
Sunday (LT TT): Race starts at Long Trail brewery. Van leaves my house at 7:30 am. Same deal as Sat for who's coming in the van. All Cat 4 men should be at LT by 7:45 am. Erin should arrive at around 9 am. Ansel and Brendan should arrive at about 11:45 am. All bikes will be prepped with TT bars, wheels, etc. on Sat afternoon and all numbers should be pinned on Sat night as well. We'll get to the race, hop on the trainers, then head to the respective starts.
Monday (Champion System RR): Race starts at Skyeship. Van leaves my house at 8 am with Ansel, Peter, Tommy (unless he's staying with his gparents), Alden and B (unless he's going with his parents). Kenny and John should at the race by 9 am. Erin should be at the race by 9:30 am. If Tommy is going separately, he should be there by 9 am. We will have the team fiesta at the feed zone in Barnard for all of the races.
Everyone should have their bikes tuned and ready to go for the weekend. Because most raced on Tues night, just need to do an easy opener ride on Friday afternoon, no longer than 45 min.
Thanks!
